Need to return or exchange a product? With our Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you’ve got plenty of time to return and replace any qualifying product.
If you have trouble within the first year, we will replace your product or offer a full refund of the purchase price.
If you experience an issue after the first year, we will offer you store credit. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone. Products over a year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed.
Either way, you are covered for the lifetime of the cartridge!
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Genuine Brand Guarantee
OEM or Genuine Brand cartridges are original products sold by the manufacturer. OEM return policies are determined by their respective manufacturer and as such, their policies grant a much smaller return window. If you are having trouble with a genuine brand product, please call us. Issues with a genuine brand product must be made known within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened, defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
Store credit will be issued for concerns dealt with 16-30 days after the date of purchase.
OEM products include genuine brand ink and toner.
When can I expect my refund?
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages
All items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need a particular product, it may be eligible for an exchange. Qualifying products must be unopened and in sellable condition. Any product not in sellable condition will not qualify and will be sent to the recycling center. If you wish to exchange your products we will credit the method of payment we have on file and place a new order using that same method of payment. A new order number will be issued and an email will be sent to you at the close of our business day. All exchanges are processed within 7-15 business days of the products arriving back to us. Only products purchased from 123inkjets can be returned for an exchange. 123inkjet is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty period or not ordered from our company.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. Customers who received free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned, less shipping fee if their entire order is returned for a refund.
Do you provide a return label?
If our returns department needs an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label may be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.
